Wanna Grab a Coffee is GW-TV’s speaker series featuring media and news industry professionals discussing all things journalism! Hosted once per semester, past guests have included an MSNBC news producer and a Comcast lawyer. The series gives aspiring journalists the chance to network, gain industry insight, and learn about the career paths of some of the field’s leading figures!

Join us for this semester’s installment with Emily Wilkins, CNBC’s Capitol Hill Correspondent in Washington, D.C. She’ll share her experiences covering stories in the field and on Capitol Hill, offer special insight into reporting during the government shutdown, and discuss her career journey from college graduation to now!
