Tonight at 7PM PDT, the Quarter-Finals will close and this year’s Semi-Finalists will be determined! You must be #1 to advance.

💡 Letting this light shine

This morning I was on the leg press. On my 4th set I pumped out 16 (45 pound) plates for 12 clean and controlled reps. With the machine weight that’s probably close to 800lbs😤

I remember 5 years ago, with my new titanium hip, the pain, uncertainty, double compression devices and fear - what’s my quality of life going to be like?

Family,
We made it to the Quarter-Finals! I’ve made it into the Top 1%, rising above thousands of fitness enthusiasts- what an accomplishment.

🫶🏾 You all made it happen and I’m grateful and love you for it.

However, it's not time to slow down yet. Voting in theQuarter-Finals is open NOW! I’m currently in 9th place.

As you know this isn’t about just sharing my story but equally about supporting a great cause! The B+ Foundation provides financial assistance to families, funds childhood cancer research, and brings awareness to the fight against childhood cancer.

As a recent cancer survivor and having my mom pass away from cancer, this competition/fundraiser is near to my heart.

Let’s turn up the votes. And if you are able to donate for votes, consider it in honor of me still fighting and surviving as I approach my 50th birthday next month.
