Elon Musk said that he plans to file for full custody of his one-year-old son, citing comments made by the child’s mother, conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, about the transgender community.

Musk claimed in a post on X, responding to a follower amid an online debate over St. Clair’s recent statements. “I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy,” Musk wrote in response to a comment urging him to seek full care of the child.

Musk’s post followed a public apology from St. Clair over the weekend, in which she expressed regret over her earlier positions on transgender issues. “I feel immense guilt for my role,” she wrote in response to an X user who accused her of “blatant transphobia” in the past. It remains unclear whether St. Clair has ever suggested she would allow her son to undergo a gender transition. No such statement from her has been cited publicly.

IMPEACHMENT AGAINST KRISTI NOEM

Rep. Robin Kelly announced she will introduce articles of impeachment against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem following the ICE shooting in Minneapolis.

Kelly stated that Noem is a “disgrace to democracy.”
She also said she plans to charge Noem with:
• Obstruction of Congress
• Violation of public trust
• Self-dealing

Kelly argued that DHS under Noem has “failed its responsibilities,” and she claimed Noem’s leadership has created “unsafe and unaccountable conditions.”

According to Kelly, the impeachment filing is directly connected to the Minneapolis incident and what she described as a pattern of “irresponsible enforcement actions” under DHS.💥💥
