PETITION TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT
AMERICAN AGAINST FORECLOSURES ( AAF ) on behalf of 50 million American Homeowners and their families in the United States of America ( USA ), sign and send this petition to the new Administration and state as follows:
We have elected you, our Public Servants, including Politicians, Judges, and all other Law Makers and Members of Congress, of the Senate, as well as the Administration of Justice, and all branches of Local, State, and Federal Governments, to protect our homes and our families in this time of emergency and crisis. This means to not allow any entities to steal our homes from us. In this sense, we demand that all foreclosures and evictions be stopped immediately, and any and all moratoriums to stay in place for at least another 12 months until the economy recovers.
As an example of what is going on we attach the following Affidavit:
I ( Homeowner ) sign this affidavit under oath and penalty of perjury and attest to the following:
Numerous Parties calling themselves “Servicers” have fabricated and recorded fraudulent documents on my property land title, in an attempt to obtain “standing” in order to foreclose on a loan which does not belong to them nor do they have any interest in it. The scheme consists of an alleged loan originator, who immediately sells and assigns their rights to another entity such as Fannie Mae, and thus ceases to exist, and yet continues to attempt to foreclose and steal our property.
They also allege to assign beneficial interest to another private entity such the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ( MERS ), or National Title Clearing (NTC), which violates State and Federal agreements against fabricating assignments as alleged interested parties, and then assigning them to themselves or other private corporations such as US Bank Trust, N.A., acting as a Trustee of alleged foreign Trusts.
NTC has paid multiple fines in Illinois for example, for fraud. US Bank Trust, N.A. and others have also been fined multiple times for these same activities. Their trial witness stated under oath that they did not own the note nor had any interest in the property, and the true alleged originator and/or owner of the note was another Bank altogether, therefore violating the False Claims Act ( FCA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( RESPA ), and the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ), among others.
We attach a short list of complaints filed by thousands of Homeowners across the United States who have informed the Courts and the Judges of what is going on and have yet not been resolved. Also it appears that many Judges themselves have financial interests in Residential Mortgage Backed Securities ( RMBS ), which we believe to be unethical and unconstitutional, and whose rulings are therefore null and void. These Judges must recuse themselves immediately when dealing with any complaints regarding foreclosures and evictions.
