CWA District 6 just made history!
With a 72% YES vote, members ratified a powerful new contract with AT&T Southwest, the largest mandate in the district’s history!

Through threats of layoffs and rising costs, members stood united. Their stories led the fight, and we were proud to help bring them to life.

This win is proof of what’s possible when working people organize, speak up, and fight for what they deserve.

New Title. Same Heart.

We are proud to announce that Gretchell T. Aguilar has been named Vice President of Conexión.

A first-generation Honduran American, born and raised in Miami, Gretchell has been part of Conexión since the beginning helping build the firm from the ground up. Over the past two years, she has played a central role in shaping our creative vision and producing work that drives impact across the country.

This moment is personal: from her father starting his own construction company and her mother working her way up from seamstress to executive, to now creating work seen by millions all across the country.

We asked Gretchell a few questions to celebrate:

What does Conexión mean to you?

"As corny as it sounds, it's about having a conexión to my roots. I get to tell the stories of people like my parents, who came to this country armed with nothing but a dream and saw it realized in their children. Conexión to the everyday person who wants to have basic needs met. Conexión to the stories of success, struggle, patriotism, and hope that bind us together."
