Shrimp and Crab-Stuffed Cheddar Bread Boats 🍤🦀
Deliciously cheesy and seafood-filled bread boats perfect for a crowd!
Ingredients
- 4 large bread rolls
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 cup cream cheese, softened
- 14 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Hollow out the bread rolls, leaving a thick shell.
- Fill each bread roll with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
