Shrimp and Cheddar Garlic Bread Bombs 🍤🧀
Deliciously cheesy and garlicky shrimp-filled bread bombs that are perfect for snacking!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 pack of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take a biscuit from the dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

This is a traditional, nutritious summer drink commonly made in South Asia.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Sattu flour (roasted gram flour)
2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
1½ cups chilled water or milk
A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
Ice cubes
Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios – optional)
Instructions:
1. In a jug, mix sattu and sugar with a few tablespoons of water to make a smooth paste.
2. Add the remaining chilled water or milk gradually and stir well.
3. Add cardamom powder if using.
4. Pour into a glass with ice cubes.
5. Optionally, garnish with chopped nuts.
6. Serve chilled.

Rich and Gooey Caramel Brownie Pie
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Brownie Filling:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
For the Caramel Layer:
1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

For the cod:
2 cod fillets (about 170–200g each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the garlic cream sauce:
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the spinach:
3 cups fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare the cod:
Pat the cod dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Sear the cod:
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the cod for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden-brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the garlic cream sauce:
In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in cream and Dijon mustard (if using), and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season with salt, pepper, and stir in fresh herbs.
Sauté the spinach:
In a separate pan, heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Add spinach and cook, stirring until wilted. Season with a pinch of salt.

1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup grated carrots
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cream cheese or hung curd
Salt and pepper to taste
Cherry tomatoes (for topping)
Toothpicks or skewers
Instructions:
1. Mix corn, bell peppers, carrots, mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

This is a creamy layered dessert using kunafa (kataifi) pastry, often found in Middle Eastern sweets.
Ingredients:
For Kunafa Layer:
1 cup kunafa dough (shredded phyllo pastry)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp sugar
For Cream Layer:
2 cups milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
½ cup cream or condensed milk
¼ tsp cardamom powder (optional)
For Garnish:
Crushed pistachios
Roasted kunafa crumbs
Instructions:
1. Prepare Kunafa Layer:
Shred the kunafa dough and mix with melted butter and sugar.
Roast in a pan over medium heat until golden and crispy. Set aside.
2. Prepare Cream Layer:
In a saucepan, add milk, sugar, and cornflour. Stir to dissolve completely.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Add cream or condensed milk and cardamom powder, mix well.
3. Assemble:

Cinnamon Rock Candy
Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon oil (or to taste)
Red food coloring (optional)
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the sugar
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water.
Stir over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Time: 5–7 minutes
2. Boil to hard crack stage
Bring the mixture to a boil without stirring.
Continue boiling until the temperature reaches 300°F (hard crack stage) on a candy thermometer.
Time: 25–30 minutes
3. Add flavor and color
Once the desired temperature is reached, remove the pan from the heat.
