✨ Honored to be featured by Washington Women in PR for Hispanic Heritage Month! ✨
Reflecting on my journey as a Latina woman, I am grateful for my multicultural upbringing—from Washington, D.C., and Vienna, Austria, to Madrid, Spain—and the professional challenges and triumphs that have shaped me. Leading projects, navigating leadership roles, and overcoming employment challenges have taught me the value of resilience, equity, and the power of community.
As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, I am reminded of the strength and vibrancy of our heritage. We must continue pushing for pay equity, transparency, and opportunities for Hispanic women in the workplace. Let’s celebrate our culture, uplift each other, and fight for a more inclusive future!
