🛑Right now ask yourself what are you doing to avoid criticism or being made fun of? 👉🏽When we began podcast it took a bit for and I to find our groove. (Initially we were talking over each other a lot) It also took a minute for me to get comfortable talking about real things. Deep things. About 6 months in, I realized it’s not so hard anymore. I didn’t notice the growth while it was happening but one day I realized I was no longer afraid to say the scary thing.
👉🏽What if I didn’t show up bcz I was afraid of judgement from my peers? Bcz one thing for sure is the baddies who are podcasting to bigger platforms don’t pay me any attention. They are too busy focusing on their own growth to be worried about mine. The only people criticizing me are the ones not growing. This is true in most things. Ignore the haters. They are just mad they haven’t found their own fire. 🔥
