🎉 FYI 🤗 K9 Radar! 🐾

After more than 10 incredible years of service, K9 Radar has officially retired! Radar served alongside Sgt. O’Reilly from February 2015 to July 2025 as a single-purpose apprehension dog and proud member of the Tactical Negotiations Team (TNT) for his entire career.

In his time on duty, Radar tallied an impressive 119 captures and made countless appearances at community events—winning over fans of all ages. Off-duty, he became a social media favorite for his snack-rating videos filmed from the patrol car with Sgt. O’Reilly. (Pro tip: bananas are not his top pick, but he’ll take one for the team.)

Radar’s legacy is one of dedication, loyalty, and a whole lot of snack reviews. He’s earned every bit of his retirement—and probably a few extra treats, too. 🍖
