GTA 6 Will Have Near-Instant Load Times on PS5 Pro ⚡🎮

Sony has revealed that GTA 6 will take full advantage of the PS5 Pro’s ultra-high-speed SSD, delivering near-instant loading for a smoother and more immersive experience.

According to PlayStation, players will be able to explore Leonida with minimal interruptions, leaving behind the long loading screens seen in previous GTA games.

Sony also confirmed that GTA 6 is officially PS5 Pro Enhanced, which means the game is expected to offer improved performance and visual enhancements on PS5 Pro compared to the standard PS5. While Rockstar hasn’t shared full technical details yet, PS5 Pro owners can likely expect the best console experience at launch.

GTA 6 MAY BE LOCKED AT 30 FPS ON PS5 & PS5 PRO! 🎮😱

According to Digital Foundry’s Richard Leadbetter, GTA 6 is not expected to run at 60 FPS on any PS5 console, including the PS5 Pro.

The main reason? CPU limitations. While the PS5 Pro offers a stronger GPU for better visuals and higher resolutions, it still relies on the same overall CPU class as the standard PS5. If GTA 6’s massive open world, dense traffic, advanced AI, NPC behavior, and physics are already pushing the CPU to its limits, doubling the frame rate to 60 FPS may simply not be realistic.

That means players should currently expect a stable and polished 30 FPS experience, even on PS5 Pro—unless Rockstar has some major optimization breakthrough waiting to be revealed.
