🐕 Silly Snake Hunter For Hire 😜
So dumb dad starts saying really dumb stuff like... "You have to start pulling your own weight... “You can’t live off the fat of the land... “Duck jerky doesn’t grow on trees."
Now I don’t know what any of that nonsense means. But he also says big boys have to have a job. So they can help the family pay for treats and toys and other stuff. So I thought a good way for me make money is a snake hunting job.
I’m real good at it as you can see in the photo. If you got too many snakes slithering around your home, please hire me to get rid of them for you. I can snag all kinds of snakes such as pythons, rattlers, cobras, snakes in the grass. You name it--I can hunt it.
Please hire me soon--dad hasn’t given me a treat in like two and a half days. I can’t live under such barbaric conditions. Help!!!

😘This week, Officer Womack and Officer Tait responded to a call about two Pitbulls running loose near the 7000 block of North Academy Blvd. The dogs, scared and overheated after breaking and escaping through a fence, were gently approached by the officers, who both happen to have a love for animals. With a little cheese and a lot of patience, the officers were able to gain the pups’ trust and get them to safety.
They gave them fresh water and stayed with them until their owner arrived, who had been frantically searching for them.
These two big softies were just frightened and thirsty, and thankfully, they crossed paths with two officers who went above and beyond to help. Thank you, Officer Womack and Officer Tait, for looking out for all community members, even the four-legged ones. 🐶

“IT WAS A KITTEN CAUGHT IN A DRAINER... TODAY IS LITTLE SURVIVOR THANK YOU VIRGINIA FIRE DEPARTMENT. ”
My name is Sergeant Mark Lewis from Chesterfield County Fire and EMS Virginia..
A few weeks ago, we received an urgent warning: a kitten had fallen and got trapped in a deep rain pipe, on River Tree Drive, Enon.
When we arrived, I carefully opened the lid and descended, subjected with a rescue harness and flashlight. There I was: scared, soaked, leaning against the tube wall, but alive. Her meows were gentle, like a silent plea for help.
With much stealth I took it in my arms, wrapped it in a blanket and climbed it carefully, without shaking it. Once free, we dried him off, gave him warm water and kept him warm in our vehicles until Chesterfield Animal Services came to pick him up.
They named her Stormy, in symbol of her rescue from the storm. He was then taken to a local shelter, where he received medical attention and care.
Today Stormy recovers in his foster home, with an excellent prognosis, and is hoping to soon be adopted into a forever caring family.
