Erasing Institutional Bias urges readers to see that all humans have biases and so do the institutions we build. Recognizing each individual’s role in perpetuating harmful biases is the first step in identifying and dissolving them.

This book is worth your time to read it. Check it out along with the author’s previous book, Overcoming Bias.
