Now that’s a different story… My main objective here is to create delicious recipes that are easily prepared with as few dishes as possible. Tender Chicken in a Rich Garlic Sauce, Served with Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

For the Chicken & Creamy Garlic Sauce:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for darker meat lovers)
Salt and black pepper , to taste
1 tsp garlic powder (plus extra for sauce)
2 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil for high-heat cooking)
4 cloves garlic , minced (or 1 tsp garlic paste)
1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth for lighter flavor)
1 cup heavy cream (or milk + 2 tbsp butter for a lighter version)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (adds tang and balances richness)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or rosemary/thyme blend)
1 tbsp fresh parsley , chopped (optional – for garnish)

For the Roasted Baby Potatoes:
1.5 lbs baby potatoes , halved (about 3 cups)
2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)
1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)
1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh herbs)
Salt and black pepper , to taste

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat Oven & Prep Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) .
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

In a bowl, toss baby potatoes with:

Olive oil
Garlic powder
Rosemary or thyme
Salt and pepper
Spread in a single layer—don’t overcrowd to ensure crispiness.
Roast for 25–30 minutes , flipping halfway, until golden and fork-tender.

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
8 strips bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz fettuccine pasta
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Boil a large pot of salted water. Add 16 oz fettuccine and cook for 10–12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside, saving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 8 chopped bacon strips for 6–8 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the drippings in the pan.
Add 1 lb ground beef to the bacon drippings. Cook for 6–7 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned with no pink. Season with salt and pepper. Drain extra grease if needed.
Lower heat to medium-low. Pour in 2 cups heavy cream. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar and 1 cup grated Parmesan. Stir until smooth and fully melted, about 3–5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and 1/2 cup diced tomatoes to the skillet. Toss until the pasta is coated in the sauce. Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
Top with crispy bacon and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Cheesy Ground Beef Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small sweet onion small diced
4 cloves garlic minced
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 ½ cups beef stock
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup instant rice
12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a Dutch oven or large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion for about 10 minutes, stirring and breaking the meat into crumbles, until browned and the onion softens.
Drain any excess grease. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add the cream of celery soup and beef stock, then mix in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
Add the instant rice and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir well to evenly combine everything into the creamy mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly and top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, covering the entire surface.
Cover with nonstick foil and bake for 45 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is fully melted. Uncover and broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Cream Cheese Pickle Wrap Bites

Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese softened
8 slices deli ham
4 large dill pickle spears or 8 small spears

Instructions:
Place the tortillas on a flat surface. If they’re a bit stiff, microwave them for about 10 seconds to soften.
Use a knife to spread 2 oz of softened cream cheese on each tortilla. Cover the whole surface to the edges.
Lay two slices of deli ham on top of the cream cheese. Try to spread them out evenly.
Put one large pickle spear (or two small ones) along one edge of each tortilla.
Start from the pickle side and roll the tortilla tightly. Keep it snug so it holds together.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Take out the rolls, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pieces. Lay them flat on a tray and serve cold.

Melted Mozzarella And Ranch Chicken Bombs

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup ranch dressing
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
Oil for frying

Instructions:

Cut chicken breasts into 1½–2-inch chunks. Flatten each piece under plastic wrap using a meat mallet or rolling pin until about ½-inch thick. Season all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place a small pinch of shredded mozzarella in the center of each chicken piece. Fold the chicken over the cheese and press edges together to seal tightly.
Beat the egg in one bowl. Add panko breadcrumbs to another. Dip each sealed chicken piece in the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat evenly.
Fill a deep skillet or fryer with 1½ inches of oil and heat to 350°F (175°C). Test by dropping in a breadcrumb—it should sizzle and rise.
Carefully lower chicken bombs into hot oil using tongs. Fry in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve hot with a drizzle of ranch dressing on top. Add extra on the side for dipping if you like.

Big Mac Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Special Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
For the Wraps:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dill pickle slices optional
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
Mix mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl until smooth. Refrigerate while preparing the other ingredients.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions for 2-3 minutes, then add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-10 minutes, breaking the beef apart until browned. Drain excess grease.
Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Spread the special sauce on each tortilla, then add the cooked beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles (optional).
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly. Slice in half and serve with extra dipping sauce.

Ritz S'mores Cookies

Ingredients:
72 Ritz crackers 3 sleeves
7 ounce jar marshmallow fluff
24 ounces chocolate melting wafers
4 sheets of graham crackers roughly crushed
1/2 cup marshmallow bits

Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place 24 Ritz crackers on the baking sheet and add about 2 teaspoons of marshmallow fluff to each cracker. (it's okay if they slide a little) see notes
Place another Ritz cracker on top.
Add your melting wafers to a medium bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 minute on 50% power, stir and heat in 30 second increments until completely melted.
Using a fork dip the cookies into the melted chocolate and toss until coated. Tap the fork against the bowl to remove any excess chocolate and place back on top the parchment paper.
Add a few crushed graham crackers and marshmallow bite on top and let it dry.
Repeat with remaining crackers.
Notes
Make sure you tap as much of the chocolate off as possible; too much chocolate can make them slide more.
If you're having problems with them sliding, you can pop them into the freezer for 2-3 minutes.
You can also top the cookies with mini chocolate chips or sprinkles.
You can also just add the marshmallow fluff to each cookie and dip one at a time into the chocolate.

Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, softened
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried parsley
4 slices bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of all four slices of bread.
Flip two slices of bread so they are butter-side down. Divide the shredded cheese evenly between these two slices. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up, to form two sandwiches.
Place the sandwiches in a large sauté pan over low heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
Carefully flip the sandwiches using a spatula and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from heat and serve immediately while the cheese is still gooey and the bread is crispy.
Use low heat to ensure the bread doesn't burn before the cheese has time to melt completely.
Make sure the butter is softened for easy mixing and spreading on the bread.
This recipe combines the best of garlic bread and grilled cheese for the ultimate comfort food sandwich.
Serve with tomato soup for the classic comfort food combination.

A Bakewell Pudding is made using puff pastry with a layer of strawberry or raspberry jam then topped with a wobbly thick almond custard filling.
A Bakewell Tart has shortcrust pastry case, layered with strawberry or raspberry jam and topped with almond sponge and icing.
Recipe for Bakewell Pudding ~ Cassie Best
For a warm and cosy alternative to the Bakewell Tart, try making this egg-based pud. It's best served with custard, cream or ice cream

Ingredients
320g sheet ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry
150g butter
softened
150g caster sugar
3 eggs
150g ground almonds
1 lemon
zested
1 tsp almond extract
3 tbsp raspberry jam
25g flaked almonds
1 tbsp icing sugar

Method
Step 1
Unravel the pastry and use it to line a 20cm cake or pie tin with sloped sides. Trim the pastry, leaving about 2cm overhanging. Chill the pastry case while you prepare the filling. Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/356F/gas 4.
Step 2
Beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl using an electric whisk for 2-3 mins until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, ground almonds, lemon zest, almond extract and a pinch of salt, then beat again until combined. Remove the pastry case from the fridge and spread the jam over its base, then spoon in the almond and egg mixture, smoothing it to the edge using a spatula. Scatter the flaked almonds on top and bake for 50 mins until golden brown. Leave to cool for at least 30 mins, then dust with icing sugar and serve with cream or ice cream. Will keep in an airtight container for a few days.

Pecan Upside Down Cake.

1 yellow cake mix us
1 pack of instant vanilla pudding.
3 eggs, 1/2 cup oil. 1 cup water.
Mix.
In bundt pan or square or oblong, spray with baking spray, melt 1 stick of butter, but the melted butter in pan. Cover bottom of pan with light brown sugar, layer pecans on top of butter and brown sugar.
Poor cake mix on top of pecans. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes. Bundt pan takes 45 minutes. Cool before turning it onto plate.
