United States District Judge Katherine Menendez orders ICE and other federal agents not to retaliate, arrest, pull over, or use riot control munitions against observers and non-obstructing protesters during their surge in Minneapolis.

"The Defendants must widely disseminate notice of this Order to all Covered Federal Agents, including providing copies in paper or electronic format.

The Order must be distributed to all Covered Federal Agents and all
Defendants within 72 hours of its issuance."

Conditions outside the Whipple Federal Building were extra slippery Friday night as protesters continue to rally in near-zero temperatures, some tossing water jugs toward the driveway to generate more ice where ICE exits.

Activists continued to play instruments and yell at cars going in and out as snow falls on Minneapolis.

“It took you guys a while to find us huh?” federal agents mocked anti-ICE watchers and press as they stood by in a parking lot on Friday.

The agents kept a “ ‘Merica” sticker on front dash, and “HONK IF YOU LOVE ICE” sticker on the back windshield, as they were followed by activists using whistles and horns to alert community members to their presence.

They also played ice cream truck style music, apparently to mock the group.

As the unmarked ICE vehicle left a shopping plaza, a man wrote “ICE” using his finger in the dirt on the side of the car.

The same ICE agent drove continuously for minutes in circles on a rotary in Minneapolis, as journalists and observers followed.

Federal agents pushed into the crowd Thursday afternoon at the Whipple Federal Building, making arrests as right wingers arrived to confront anti-ICE protesters.

"I can't breath!" a man pleaded while being arrested amidst tear gas with a face full of mace and officers on his back.

Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino, sporting a long green jacket, observed the chaos from the police line as officers pressed in and made targeted arrest while firing additional sting balls.

"Shame! Shame!" chanted the protesters.

Right-wing activist Jayden Scott arrived with a few allies of his waving American flags.

"Move! Move!" he yelled at the protesters from the police line as federal agents pushed in.

"We need the 1807 Insurrection Act!" he yelled. "Trump, save Minnesota!"

As scuffles broke out between the right wingers and anti-ICE protesters, federal agents grabbed Jayden Scott and his friend, escorting them into the building without putting them in handcuffs.

A line of federal agents observed but did not intervene as one of the right wingers demanded "get back!" and pointed a mace canister at an anti-ICE protester in the street.

When officers tear gassed the anti-ICE crowd, they sent follow-up sting ball shots at those attempting to neutralize the canister by covering it.

"This is peaceful protest," a man yelled while hoding a sign portraying Greg Bovino, Kristi Noem, and Jonathan Ross in prison. "You have no right to shoot tear gas at us, you losers!"

"We the people can become the boot!" explained one of the pro-ICE activists. "If there's gonna be a boot, which is the government, it should be a small-sized government."

"If there's a boot involved in the picture, we the people should be the boot."

"No boots though."

Asked whether his and his friends' behavior earlier, telling activists to get back as police did the same, was LARPing, he explained, "not LARPing as law enforcement."

"My generation's coming, and I believe we can take that over and do it properly," he said, pointing out the federal building.

Federal agents deployed tear gas, mace, and sting balls against a growing crowd at the scene Wednesday night in Minneapolis following another shooting by ICE.

Some protesters shot fireworks and threw snowballs at the agents, many of whom carried rifles.

Agents moved fast while trying to evade the crowd. In one case, the feds got into the bed of a truck, dropped pepper spray and had to get out to grab it before a firework was thrown at them, for which they threw tear gas in return.

The scale of the conflict was enormous, spanning a few blocks in each direction from the shooting, lasting a couple hours.

Protesters exchanged fireworks and tear gas on one side of the shooting scene as others engaged with police on the opposite side.

Some attempted to interrupt the path of the feds as they retreated. One even sat down in the path of a car, and was maced point blank.

Agents fired tear gas and one pointed a rifle at the crowd as they retreated.

The agents apparently left behind some ammunition.

Several rounds of Speer 9mm Luger ammunition were found on the street.

Some in the crowd recovered documents including arrest warrants and intelligence that had apparently been taken from an ICE vehicle.

"Let's take these b****es to the news!"
