One crucial step in our pre-production process is our Creative Brief. This document is a tool we use to explore collective alignment with our clients on project Art & Creative. It includes a host of details such as narrative arc, potential CTAs, music options, color and font selections, design concepts, and so much more. One thing we always include are style frames. These are snapshots of what our final product could potentially look like. For our project with , these were some of the style frames presented and they ended up looking pretty similar to the final product... which is the goal!

Meet Benjamin’s pets!

Lupo is the friendliest boi but also steals food off of the counter with her accomplice Cindy. Maple is the vigilant guardian and mother hen of the crew. She’s the dog crew’s de facto leader and sheds more than any dog in the universe. Cindy is the alarm system who barks even at old ladies who dare to walk by.

Together they are unstoppable unless they see a squirrel.

We are heartbroken to hear of the loss of David Lynch. A beloved and towering figure in the film world with such iconic classics as “Twin Peaks”, “Mulholland Drive”, “Blue Velvet”, and “Eraserhead”, Lynch’s influence cannot be overstated. With his daring, unique style, Lynch pushed the boundaries of cinematic conventions and inspired a new generation of filmmakers, showing them that it was cool to embrace the “weird.” He will be greatly missed.

This week's Metamer movie recommendation is of course holiday themed. It’s Rachael’s turn, and her pick…is How the Grinch Stole Christmas!
I first saw this live-action retelling when it first arrived in theaters in 2000, when I was just a little girl. And it has remained my favorite Christmas movie to this day. In true Jim Carrey fashion, it is over-the-top and absolutely hilarious. The set and costume designs are incredibly detailed and it's both heartwarming and slightly terrifying at the same time. Truly a classic. If you haven't seen it, it is a must watch!

We take filming very seriously and always treat it with the utmost professionalism... but it’s also important to have fun!
