Stepping on that red dot, and sharing my story with full vulnerability was one of the hardest things I’ve done - and also the most fun, liberating, and rewarding.

Messages began coming in from around the world… and clearly this talk is resonating - people are ready to stop shrinking and start showing up at work and in life.

Reflecting on Miami Day 3 today. I had the honor of practicing all week under at . A true gift. Thank you for your kind and expert guidance, Joseph! I can’t wait for your D.C. workshop in July! 🙏 🩵

Mysore practice is a mirror—every breath, every posture reveals something new.

Grateful for the guidance, presence, and humility (practicing with a roomful of high level yogis will do that!) this trip offered me.

Rooted in tradition, expanded by travel - we are reminded by the presence of the founder of Ashtanga, Pattabhi Jois, in the picture behind us, there is a long line of lineage around the world that kept/keeps this beautiful moving mindful meditation practice alive. 🌎🌱

Grateful for this amazing headshot by styves, that Life Time set up for instructors!

Life had other plans for my 90 day book project, and it became a 562-day odyssey in listening to my intuition.

Today I’m grateful to be part of the talented community of yoga instructors to learn from at LT, and our lead instructor, together we are constantly iterating and improving. It’s exciting!

Grateful for our members who are a joy to connect with every Monday in my class, and when I get to take other classes side by side with them.

This headshot captures the empowerment, passion, and energy fueling every step of my adventure.

After changing my hair color back to brunette and embracing my curls when the salons were closed in 2020, this curly haired brunette in the headshot reminds me that life’s greatest adventures are often the unexpected ones, and that every detour adds depth to our stories.
