Abdul El-Sayed expressed shock that people were asking him about a “streamer in California” as he campaigns for the Senate in Michigan. That streamer is, of course, Hasan Piker. Despite El-Sayed’s disbelief, the questions stemmed from the fact that he brought Piker from California to campaign with him in Michigan and embraced him despite condemnations of Piker’s virulent antisemitism and violent rhetoric. However, the problem goes far deeper, as El-Sayed distances himself from views he has previously voiced.

There was a curious moment this week when Michigan Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed expressed shock that people were asking him about a “streamer in California” as he campaigns for the Sen…

It is not every day that a company can settle a case for over $16 billion and celebrate. Meta’s settlement with 29 states is a remarkably good deal after facing over $1.4 trillion in damages. In the end, it may not even take a loss from the litigation.

Below is my column on Fox.com on the Meta settlement over social media harms. These damages often seem like monopoly money for a corporation that could wipe out the loss in the market and pass on c…

This week, James Carville released his own uncut, undiluted classic product to a nation of rage addicts. Blue Sky rage. He is asking the same question as Walter White: “Do you really wanna live in a world without Coca-Cola?” Go with the classic. Go with the rage.

In Breaking Bad, the character Walter White explains to a major drug dealer why cheaper knockoffs of his signature Blue Sky methamphetamine are just not enough: “So… it’s grade-sc…

As I previously noted, Piker and other hate traffickers like Jennifer Welch (who even justified Kirk‘s assassination) have commodified rage to make fortunes from their program. They inject hate directly into the veins of rage addicts.

I recently wrote about Hasan Piker leading a hatefest in San Francisco with thousands mocking the death of Charlie Kirk. He is now being condemned for a livestream statement suggesting that America…

Last night, El-Sayed called again for wealth taxes to fund Medicare-for-All, reparations, roads, and other programs. It would be unconstitutional on the federal level and disastrous on the state level.

Last night, Michigan Democratic Senatorial candidate Abdul El-Sayed and Fox host Jesse Waters had an intense interview covering a wide range of issues. However, El-Sayed reaffirmed his support for …

There is a crushing irony for some who supported efforts to force businesses to prepare products from cakes to websites despite religious and political objections. Of course, recognizing the free speech rights of an unhinged coffee shop owner does not require patronizing his establishment.

Below is my opinion on recent incidents involving customers being forced out of businesses due to their political views or associations. There is a crushing irony for some who supported efforts to …

What is shocking is not the utter depravity and cruelty of Hasan Piker, but the ecstasy of the crowd in relishing the death of someone with opposing views. It is part of the conditioning in what I have previously called an “age of rage.”

We have seen protesters on the left around the country mocking the assassination of Charlie Kirk, even reenacting his murder. Hate traffickers like Jennifer Welch have even justified his assassinat…

Lies can be protected speech under the First Amendment and, while Prakash would not likely want to take a popularity poll, he is unlikely to face legal consequences for his “short-term social experiment.”...

In this political season, there is one question that needs no poll: Rahil Prakash is a liar. The other thing we know is that he will likely get away with spreading fake polling results. Lies can be…

There is a novel (and dubious) lawsuit by the nation of Azerbaijan against CNN for a story claiming that it was cooperating with Israel against Iran. https://jonathanturley.org/2026/08/22/azerbaijan-sues-cnn-over-story-on-cooperation-with-israel-in-war-on-iran/ A court is unlikely to adjudicate such global political questions with shadowy sources and factual claims.

There is a novel (and highly dubious) lawsuit filed in Delaware by the nation of Azerbaijan against CNN for a story claiming that it was cooperating with Israel in attacks on Iran. Republic of Azer…
