The section has posted a list of 21 daily assignments - short articles about racial equity and justice that should take 15-30 minutes to read.

Because it's the ABA, many of the articles focus on legal issues, but several also address workplace matters, general race relations, and ways to talk about race in America,

After a week of higher-profile decisions, SCOTUS came back Monday with a ruling that the Securities and Exchange Commission may seek disgorgement of ill-gotten profits as a remedy under the doctrine of equitable relief.

SCOTUS pointedely did not reach this issue in its decision in Kokesh, and now had the opportunity to revisit.
