My weekly reset lately:
🕯️ clean & reset my space
🧠 brain dump everything on paper
📖 review my last week
💸 plan my finances & plan my schedule
🤍 self-care reset
Because honestly?
Most of us don’t have a motivation problem.
We have:
too many things in our head
no clear priorities
poor time management
energy all over the place
So we end up feeling “lazy” when really… we’re just mentally overloaded.
This routine helps me feel calmer, clearer, and more in control before a new week starts.
