Blackberry Hot Honey Brie Bites with Crispy Pistachio Crust & Pomegranate Crunch
Ingredients
1 wheel brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons hot honey
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: flaky sea salt for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix chopped pistachios and panko breadcrumbs.
Dip each brie cube into beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in the pistachio breadcrumb mixture.
Arrange coated brie bites on the baking tray and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven and top each bite with a blackberry.
Drizzle generously with hot honey.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds, fresh thyme, black pepper, and flaky sea salt if desired.
Serve warm while the brie is soft and melty inside.
