And this beauty is on our lunch menu. It’s our gluten free breaded fried chicken sandwich, (GF bun available) with gochujang slaw that comes with either fried yuca or Parmesan fries, pickled onions.

Thank you to and for such a lovely post about my restaurant . It has been a long journey but I am happy our doors are finally open and that we are able to give our patrons a little food haven away from home. Our motto is to bring an all encompassing food experience from the moment you walk through our door. We are thrilled to be a part of the community and look forward to this new chapter ahead. Our food is a take on modern American cuisine with an Asian flare. We are currently BYOB while we wait on the approval of our liquor license. Here’s to making new memories!

So it’s official ya’ll I can finally announce your girl is an aunty. The family kept it on the wraps for a bit but now we are so excited to announce her to the world. Please welcome my niece Annabelle Nicola Brown born May 22nd 2020 at 2:46 PM. Our lives are forever changed and now more fulfilled. I’m so excited to be an aunt and I know my brother and are going to be the most amazing parents. Here’s to amazing memories about to happen. I can’t wait to get her into the kitchen 🥢with me and my stilettos👠.

My current springtime obsession during quarantine, are my triple herb cheese beet towers and avocado lime crema cucumber toast h’orderves. They are Super easy to make with a burst of flavor and color to boot. Paired well with a great glass of wine or beverage of choice for cocktail hour. For recipes feel free to DM me. My post for the week, was when I had the pleasure of making some Japanese h’orderves for some amazing people back in January 2020. It Was a fun & successful evening and such a great event. I love being in the kitchen that’s my happy place so to many more.. what was in the menu... tuna/salmon wonton poke bites, soba noddle cucumber cups with Raekwon chips, kani salad bowls, deconstructed sushi rolls, hand rolls & pork/shrimp shumai with wasabi purple cauliflower purée and flying fish roe.
