I heard Gary Vaynerchuk speak on removing toxic team members, and I agree.

Get rid of the person who brings others down, no matter what else they are bringing to the table.

Remember, all business is people business, and if you want to win in business, you need to ensure you’re taking are of the people on your team.

Cut the miserable anchors, and watch your company rise.

Here we have a video on the “other side” of the tree removal…

While we had men cutting up the trunk, we also had to get the top of the tree off the neighbor’s roof (and clean up her lawn).

Landscaping, in the sense of how we do it, goes beyond just mowing and mulch;

While we do provide those services to residential and commercial properties, we also do everything else.

Landscapers, Lawn Care Guys, Hardscapers, you can call us whatever you’d like, but at the end of the day, we’re problem solvers…

Sometimes the problem is a client wanting a patio where their lawn is, other times, disaster has struck, and our client wants to know we can help clean up the mess…

That was the case here.

Disaster hit one of our people, and we were there to let them know, it’ll be alright, we got it.

I said we could do anything outside, right?

Fun fact: On a hot day, your body can sweat out up to 3 liters an hour; your stomach can only absorb about 1.

That means by the time you're thirsty at 1 PM, you're not one bottle of water behind. You're hours behind, and you physically cannot drink your way out of it.
