Filming content, recording voiceovers, and video editing are all muscles that only grow when you exercise them 🏋🏻‍♀️I fear practice does make perfect🫶🏼

Too cute of a trend (and I was cute as a button) not to jump on !!!

I love looking back on these photos and seeing the parts of me that were already taking shape at such a young age 😌 Spending hours giving my dolls the perfectly decorated home, singing, dancing, and fashion shows with my big sister, and making friends everywhere I went🕺🏻

Remember that these little ppl would be so proud of us, and that’s more of an accomplishment than anything else 🥇

Imagine spending a good chunk of time on creating the perfect post (nay, several perfect posts), you’re all set to get people excited to follow, book, or buy and then they get to your profile and it’s unclear OR WORSE misaligned with your content or brand 🫠

This happens alllll the time with small businesses and you don’t even know it👀 Your Instagram profile in 2026 is almost a first website and if you don’t have relevant info in your bio, you are hindering yourself !!!!

It’s okay!! I’ve been there too, but don’t make your content have to do double the work. Take some time and audit your bio and ask yourself if it answers these questions (see slides 3-6)💌 or better yet, ask a friend to give you honest, constructive feedback 💬

Hot take (said with love): AI isn’t a quick-fix for you to have amazing content. It’s a tool that can help you along the way (of course) but in a world in dire need of human connection, please stop taking the human voice out of your content because you don’t know what to say when you write captions/make content🤓🙏🏼

This isn’t an anti-ai post, but it is a come-to-Jesus moment if you’re using chat to write your content, but upset that your page isn’t getting the conversions you’re hoping for. Social media in 2025 is having an ad thrown in your face every 3rd post. People aren’t needing to be sold anything else — they need to connect with your content📱

AI copy writing + outdated post concepts is the perfect recipe for a page that falls flat and is honestly a huge waste of your time, your energy, and (probably) your money.

Social media has changed (we know this), but most people are still engaging like it’s 2020—thinking a quick “love this” or “so true” will actually convert📊

The truth is: your comments are part of your strategy. They reflect your brand identity and the kind of audience you attract. So… are you adding to the noise or creating connection, authority, and alignment before anyone even hits follow?

When you don’t know what to post, start here → What goals do you have for your business right now, and what problems are you trying to solve? Your content should always reflect where your business is headed.

If your goal is more bookings, your content will look different than if you’re trying to grow brand awareness or step into education. And that’s not inconsistency, that’s alignment🙌🏼

Your strategy should evolve with you.
So as your business shifts, your content should too.

Think of it like this — every season of business comes with new priorities, challenges, and opportunities. Staying aware of those shifts helps you make small, intentional tweaks that keep your content purposeful🤓💌
