What a great project to contribute to! I was able to create a lesson plan, growing guide, and activities for Fireweed with the KidsGardening.org team! It is free to download the materials and watch the tutorial.

Notable for its tall, vibrant flowers, fireweed is a traditional edible and medicinal plant with a long history of use by native peoples.
