Resident Lisa Hawn shared her Spicy Korean Cucumber Salad recipe, and it’s light, crunchy, flavorful, and packed with just the right kick of spice. This simple recipe comes together quickly and pairs perfectly with grilled meals, seafood, or your favorite summer dishes. 🍽️

Ingredients:
• 2 medium English cucumbers, thinly sliced
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon Korean red pepper flakes
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Professional ballet experience is making a huge impact right here in The Ranch. 🩰

After performing with the Nashville Ballet and Georgia Ballet, Sarah Latta returned home to Alaska and realized dancers across the state no longer had access to proper pointe shoe fittings. That realization inspired her to open Beyond the Barre, a specialty dance store focused on safety, confidence, and expert care. ✨

Today, families travel from across Alaska for Sarah’s personalized fittings and professional guidance. Her mission is simple, help every dancer feel supported and prepared to succeed. 💖
