Stress doesn't just affect your mood. It can affect your face too.
When someone comes in and says their jaw is tight, their forehead feels heavy, and their skin looks dull, I immediately think about recovery and nervous system regulation.
From a Western perspective stress can affect circulation, inflammation, sleep, and collagen production.
From a Chinese medicine perspective when Qi doesn't move freely, neither does vitality.
Your face may be asking for regulation, not another serum.
