The Watertown Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing juvenile. On 10/06/2025 at 9:23 am, members of our uniformed patrol division took a report of a missing 17-year-old female. The missing female, Jeanelle Barker, was last seen in the area of the 300 block of Gale St. in the city of Watertown on 10/04/2025 around 5:50 pm. Jeanelle was wearing a black zip-up hoodie, jean shorts, and flip flops. She is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5’06” and 100 lbs.

If anyone sees Jeanelle or knows her location, please call the Watertown Police Department at (315) 786-2601. Attn Sgt O’Hearn
