Watertown’s Prairie Lakes Healthcare System will soon become a Sanford hospital.

Big News! Prairie Lakes Healthcare System of Watertown will take on the Sanford Health name as the two companies combine, according to news release Friday from Sanford. Officials did not specify if the move is a merger or an outright sale.

Prairie Lakes has about 800 employees and 60 providers.
