Someone needs their keys…they are at the Watertown PD!!

A set of keys recently discovered in the Active Heating parking lot has been turned over to the Watertown Police Department. If you are missing these keys, please contact the WPD at 605-882-6210 to verify the remaining items on the keychain and retrieve them.

Hello, Everyone,

Thanks for checking in.

For thirteen years Lynette and I have brought Tidbits to you week in and week out. That is until we both came down severely ill with Influenza simultaneously. This knocked us down harder than any other time I can remember, and recovery has been slow. As of this day, we are doing our best to get back at it.

This did give us a period of time to pull back the throttle and revamp a few things with the publication. We will be coming back with new stuff to share with you near the end of March/beginning of April. Please keep your eyes peeled.

Thank you for years of readership, and thank you to our valued supporting businesses, they are the ones who give us the ability to produce and distribute this free product for everyone.

I know some of you are trying to enter the Tidbits Reader’s Contest…we are working on the issue.

This issue has been escalated and is being investigated by our engineering team. **Update. The owner of the necklace contacted us and it has been returned.**

On 04/27/24, a necklace with a cross pendant and another special pendant on a silver colored chain was turned in to the WPD. The necklace was located at Belmont Park near the tennis courts. The special pendant on the necklace appears to have sentimental value and the WPD would like to get it back to the rightful owner. If you know who this necklace may belong to, please have them reach out to the WPD to identify and claim the necklace.

I don't know why this hasn't received more publicity, but this fifty-foot sculpture was unveiled recently in South Dakota.
It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation.
