Not golfing? No problem!

You're invited to join us for the Old Glory Classic Opening Ceremony on Friday, June 12 at Carlowden Country Club as we come together to honor the men and women who have served our country.

The morning will feature patriotic music, bagpipes, distinguished guest speakers, a marching band, a special veteran recognition ceremony, the Presentation of Colors, and the National Anthem.

Whether you're playing in the tournament or simply want to show your support for our veterans we'd love to have you there.

⚾ A little extra hometown pride tonight! ⚾

We're cheering on the Canton Golden Bears as they take the field in the Class B Sub-Regional Championship tonight at 5PM at St. Lawrence University.

This one is especially exciting for the NBC Watertown family, as the team includes the son of our St. Lawrence County Marketing Manager. The state-ranked Bears will take on state-ranked Utica Notre Dame with a spot in the Regional Championship on the line.

Join us in wishing the Golden Bears the best of luck as they continue their postseason run!

Yesterday's America’s 250th BBQ Tour stop in Lowville was a tremendous success, and we're so grateful to everyone who came out!
It was great to see so many community members stop by for lunch, connect with local businesses, and enjoy a beautiful day together. The turnout was incredible, and the energy made for a fantastic event.
A huge thank you to SN Partners for sponsoring yesterday's cookout and helping make the event possible.
We're also incredibly grateful to The Church Street Diner and Sysco foods for providing the delicious food that helped make the day such a hit. 🍔🌭

Neighbors helping neighbors 💙🥫

The Jefferson/Lewis County Community Food Drive is bringing the community together to support local families in need. Donations collected will benefit 22 food pantries serving residents throughout Jefferson and Lewis Counties, helping stock shelves ahead of the busy summer months.

Nonperishable food items and personal hygiene products are especially needed. Every donation can make a difference for a neighbor facing food insecurity.

Classic cars, motorcycles, tractors, family fun, and great food — what's not to love?

We recently sat down with Anne Potter, Chief of the Oxbow Fire Department, to talk about the 10th Annual Oxbow Fire Department Car Cruise coming to Oxbow Park on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year's event will feature classic cars, motorcycles, old tractors, horse-drawn rides, a bouncy house, live DJ, crafters and vendors, gift handouts, bigger door prizes, and a Chicken BBQ with 400 halves available.

Whether you're a car enthusiast or just looking for a fun day out with the family, there's something for everyone at this community tradition.
