**FATAL CRASH #2**

BUFFALO COUNTY, S.D. (KWAT)--A Willow Lake man was killed Thursday night in a two-vehicle crash 14 miles east of Fort Thompson, South Dakota.

It happened just after 11 p.m. when the driver of a semi hauling hay bales on Highway 34 stopped after some bales on the back of the semi trailer fell onto the highway when a strap broke.

As the semi driver was attempting to turn around and clear bales from the highway, the trailer got stuck in the south side ditch, immobilizing it.

The 43 year-old Willow Lake man, driving a car, then ran into the trailer, and was killed.

His name has not been released.

The semi was driven by a 24 year-old man from Hendrum, Minnesota. He was not injured.

**FATAL CRASH**

CLARK, S.D. (KWAT)--A teenage girl from Henry has been killed in a single vehicle accident three miles east of Clark.

The Highway Patrol says it happened north of Highway 212 on 428th Avenue.

The 15 year-old girl was driving northbound when she lost control of the car and entered the east ditch, where the vehicle landed on its roof.

She was taken to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

The accident was reported Thursday afternoon at 4:30.
