Oconee the Magazine OCONEE the Magazine is a glossy, quarterly publishing since January 2010 by Oconee Enterprise, Inc. of Watkinsville, Georgia.

Circulation is 10,500 and direct mailed to subscribers of The Oconee Enterprise, 200+ area professional waiting rooms and placed in Oconee County public elementary school students' backpacks. Copies are available at the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce, Oconee County Welcome Center, Watkinsville City Hall, SpringHill Suites and area banks. The magazine is also direct mailed to residents at Lake Oconee with a home value of $300,000+.

Oconee County Schools has earned an average ACT composite score of 23.8 for the 2022 testing period, well above state and national averages. OCS achieved the highest ACT score in Northeast Georgia and is the only system in the region ranked in the state’s top 5.
