In business for 40+ years, our goal is to help our customers achieve successful project solutions by providing complete mold finishing services and laser equipment sales. These services include; mold polishing, laser welding and engraving, mold maintenance, industrial coatings as well as our new mold manifold and hot runner cleaning system.

Our laser welding team is always ready for new challenges and has an attention to detail that can’t be beat. As one of the earliest pioneers of the laser welding process, we’ve been able to perfect our technique in order to conquer any project. When you add in our tig welding services as well as our production welding department, it’s safe to say that we can cover all your bases, when it comes to welding work!

Voltron is an awesome cartoon from the 80s. It was a team of 5 people that defended the galaxy against evil doers. Voltron was my favorite cartoon, and I had all the toys. It was awesome. It was this team of people that had these awesome robot lion vehicle things that they would drive and fight in. When then fight became too big for just one of them, they all came together and became Voltron, a giant, ass kicking, undefetable robot. One lion became the head, two others became the arms, and the other two the legs. And when they worked together, they were unstoppable.

That’s us. Just this week I have seen multiple examples of this happening. We have the ability to take on anything that comes our way because we are more than a group of individuals, we are Alliance. And we have GRIT. We are Alliance and we live with Gratitude. We are Alliance and we value Relationships. We are Alliance and we serve with Integrity. We are Alliance and we fight with Tenacity. We are Alliance and together We are the difference.

Today we celebrated new hires, and anniversaries for two of our amazing team members, and all the successes that have had over the course of the month, and an old friend came home to say hello.

We like to think that we have a team of warriors, over here at Alliance! But instead of battling against their fellow man, they battle against time. They work their hardest to elongate the life of your tooling, by cleaning, making repairs, bringing parts back to the correct finish, etc. And they use their laser-like focus every day to bring your parts back to their former glory!
