In business for 40+ years, our goal is to help our customers achieve successful project solutions by providing complete mold finishing services and laser equipment sales. These services include; mold polishing, laser welding and engraving, mold maintenance, industrial coatings as well as our new mold manifold and hot runner cleaning system.

Back in September, we once again got together as an industry to raise money for our combat wounded veterans. And what a difference we were all able to make!

Alliance is so grateful to all those that stepped up as ! We appreciate:
-The 25 volunteers that ran the outing.
-The 150 registered golfers.
-The 19 businesses that sponsored holes and tees.
-Jimmy Renallo and helper at Creative Technology Corp for providing us with terrific photos and video.
-Progressive Components for sponsoring beer and seltzers.
-The boxed lunch provided by Medbio, LLC. and JanlerCorporation.
-The wonderful dinner at Lindy's Landing.
- Awesome giveaways provided by Vincent Tooling.
-And all those that donated to the cause, even if they were unable to attend. ❤️

Because of these incredible efforts, we were able to raise $29,665.15 the for IWarriors organization!!

Thank you to all who made this event possible, and for helping put together another successful outing!

Friday was the last day of Spirit Week for us, so obviously we got up to some shenanigans.. Not only did we have our annual costume party, but we also had a mini-mugshot scavenger hunt, featuring some very familiar inmates!

At our employee appreciation party, we got to reminisce about the past week and all of the fun that was had, and we also got to take a peek into the past. Throughout the week, an Alliance timeline was being built that featured significant events that have happened over the years for the people that makeup Alliance - our amazing team! It was very rewarding to see all of the milestones we have hit both personally and professionally. What a great group we have!

October brought us some big anniversaries to honor as well. Patrick Potter has officially been with us for one year, Richard Fidowicz just reached his 12th year here, Jessica Dean is celebrating her 17th year with us and Alvaro Serna has been with Alliance for 30 glorious years!

Along with all that, we got to award our MVP belt. This month’s difference maker is someone that has continued to grow and mature into an amazing leader, and has gone above and beyond to do right by our customers. Not only has he continued to knock out great parts, but he is also teaching the guys below him, encouraging them, and fighting for them. For all his hard work, his selflessness, and his willingness to make a difference, this month’s MVP is Steve Elrod! Congratulations, Steve!!

Another day, another great theme! Today we represented the home team with some Alliance-wear. We also got to do a quick obstacle course game to promote teamwork and sharpen up our communication skills. 💪🏻

Day 3 of Spirit Week, and it’s safe to say our teams were pumped! Not only did we look awesome in our inside out “fits,” but we had a quick rebus puzzle challenge to keep our crew collaborating and our brains sharp!

The fun thing about patterns? They just keep going and going…. much like our difference makers here at Alliance. Our tenacity is one of our favorite core values, and it served us well in today’s mini game - the team ball chute!

It’s Fan Day! Alliance kicked off our 2025 Spirit Week honoring all the things we are a fan of! From sports teams, to bands, to movies and events, we got to take a peek into all that we appreciate as a crew. Some extra fun was had revamping well-loved internet memes, Alliance style.. lot’s of smiles and chuckles ensued!

Happy Friday, y’all! We’re working hard to repair wear and tear on a variety of tooling. No matter the issue, when it comes to preventative mold maintenance, we’ve got the knowledge and the determination to get the job done. Alliance is here to help!

With years of hands-on experience, both laser welding and laser engraving, we know what these machines need to get the job done. And of course, we make them look good while doing so!

We’re enjoying some beautiful sunshine today, as Illinois finally has decided to concede to fall weather. It’s kind of nice that we will officially be into hoodie-and-flannel season here! But of course, while we enjoy the cool-down, we are still plugging away on projects to better your tooling!
