Last Friday, we celebrated the month of August! We enjoyed a spectacular meal, shared some success stories from last month, and talked about the GRIT that our team has when faced with adversity. Our crew is truly a group of difference makers, and Alliance is proud to have them!

August brought us some great anniversaries to honor as well. Harrison Zender has officially been with us for one year, Caleb Brock just reached his 3rd year here, Mike Zender is celebrating his 7th year with us and Yolanda Ruiz has been with Alliance for 11 amazing years!

Along with that, we got to award our MVP belt. This past month, we had something unexpected happen. It caused us to shift gears and added steps to our already meticulous process, all while taking on a huge project that we weren’t expecting. This meant crazy hours, multiple shifts, massive cooperation and a lot of effort. All of this leading to a huge success for our customer and a great month for Alliance. This month’s MVPs are the combined team of Mike Policastro, Tim Certa, Kody Wilson, and Michael Petro! Congratulations to our hot runner crew!
