If your commercial property is listed for sale and your broker does not have it listed on the commercial listing platforms, then you need to find a new broker who better understands commercial real estate. ALL too often I see considerable commercial properties only listed on the MLS and a tiny 2x2 sign.

Exposure is key in commercial real estate. Many of the buyers and their agents are not looking on MLS and most likely drove past your 2x2 sign.
