We had a Wham, Bam, Grand Slam fun time on Good News Waupaca yesterday. We talked about edibles, donuts, a squid monkey, break dancing, and that’s the TRUTH. Mucho thanks to our guests: Bob T, Rebecca, Madeline, Caroline, Bob A, Simon, & Eric. Most importantly, thank you for tuning in. We will be celebrating GNW’s 4th anniversary on June 3rd!! Next weeks Waupaca Proud guest is Bob Telfer, president of the Waupaca Garden Club.

Raised in Waupaca, Bob was defined by helping his grandfather, Nels Rasmussen, at his namesake park on Main Street and visiting his waterworks office by the dam. Between climbing the park's granite rocks and watching 4th of July fireworks burst right above it, Nels Rasmussen Park was the center of Bob’s youth. Bob is president of the Waupaca Garden Club which helps maintain Nels Rasmussen Park along with other areas of gardens in and around Waupaca. You will want to tune in to next weeks Good News Waupaca to hear all about Bob and all that the Waupaca Garden Club does to make Waupaca the beautiful city is is!
