Waupaca Community Media is celebrating "50 Years" of community media. 40-years of Win-TV and 10-years of Waupaca Radio. Current staffers Josh Werner and Wayne Netzler along with Steve Fenske who put Win-TV on the air in 1985 will be presenting at Wi******er Academy taking a look at a combined 50-years of broadcast service. This presentation will take place this evening at 6:30pm in the Lower-Level Meeting Room at the Waupaca Area Public Library.
