Made this viral chicken crust Caesar salad pizza. SO good!

There’s a ton of different recipes online for this, but this is what I did. You can also use canned chunk chicken and shred it but the cooking times will vary.

Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
1lb ground chicken
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Cayenne pepper to taste
salt + black pepper
1 1/2 cups prepared caesar salad or 1 bag Caesar salad mix

Preheat oven to 450°

Mix all ingredients into chicken (without salad) then spread thin layer onto a pizza pan or use parchment paper for easy cleanup. The thinner, the more crispy the chicken.

Cook at 450° for 20-25 minutes depending on your desired crispiness. Then let cool for 5 minutes.

Add Caesar salad mix on top and slice pizza!

Enjoy!

Found this on Instagram so I thought I’d try it out tonight. It’s shredded chicken gravy on mashed potatoes.
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans water
2 packets chicken gravy
2 packs chicken breast
Mashed potatoes(I use the ones that come in a bag and just add some butter)
-
1. Throw the cream of chicken, water, and chicken gravy packets into crockpot.
2. Season chicken breast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Place chicken in crockpot and let cook on low for 7-8 hours.
4. Take chicken out and pull apart with 2 forks then re add into crock pot then serve on mashed potatoes.
Rolls go great with it. There’s only 2 of us so I’ll have plenty of leftovers but there’s definitely enough to feed at least 5 people or feed you for multiple days.

12 piece grilled nuggets, over the Kale crunch salad. I add a bit of sugar free Thai chili sauce on the nuggets for a little zing. 4 points and 44 grams of protein!
