Celebrate the Spectrum Publishing was founded on a mission close to our hearts - bringing awareness to autism and the daily challenges faced by individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Our journey began when our ow

n son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, opening our eyes to the need for greater understanding, inclusion, and support. We believe that individuals with autism have immense potential that too often goes unrecognized and untapped. Our goal is to challenge societal perceptions and create a world where those on the autism spectrum are embraced and empowered to pursue their dreams, not just in entry-level roles, but across all levels of employment, including management and leadership positions. Through our publishing efforts, outreach programs, and involvement in charitable initiatives, we strive to improve the quality of life for the autism community. We aim to amplify their voices, share their stories, and advocate for their rightful place in an inclusive society that values neurodiversity. By fostering understanding, promoting acceptance, and breaking down barriers, we hope to pave the way for a future where individuals with autism are celebrated for their unique strengths and contributions. Meet Leonard, our 4 year old son, who was diagnosed with nonverbal Level 3 ASD. He is the inspiration behind our books, especially our new series "Leonard's Stories"!

And guess what? Leonard started PreK4 last week and has been doing well!

He is currently in general education until his ARD/IEP meeting next week, where he will be placed in Special Education.

It can be nerve-wrecking to send your child to school for the first time. Lots of different emotions, a lot of "what-ifs", and wondering how they're transitioning to being in school.

So if you're sending your child to school for the first time, just know that we've been there. It's okay.

Join us for Adaptive Swim at Splash Station this summer. We are excited to provide a swimming experience designed for all ages on the autism spectrum or who have other special abilities. During adaptive swim time, all loud features, including music will be turned off and additional staff will be on-site to assist in any way. Come swim with us!
