I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Waycross has a scammer running around the New Beijing and Walmart area. Stating that he's stuck here got a wife that's had a heart attack and has a 15% chance of survival and he ain't got no gas money so he's asking people for gas, he's having people paying for his lunch and dinner.This was yesterday and then today I saw him again at Walmart same shirt by the way, but scamming somebody else out of money. Now if his wife was that desperate and fighting for her life, what the heck is he doing running around. I'm sorry but this woman and everybody else is praying with this man, he's using God as an excuse asking if you helieve. I am thinking he might know Christians will be more out to help him. I don't like liars and I don't like thieves may God have mercy on his soul. Be on the watch out for this man.

What You Should Do: Disregard the Mail: Legitimate banks confirm these notices are not connected to them and should be ignored. Check the Fine Print: Most of these letters contain a small disclaimer stating they are not affiliated with your mortgage lender. Contact Your Lender Directly: If you’re ever worried about your loan, only use the phone number listed on your actual monthly mortgage statement. Keep an eye out for these letters—if it mentions an "allocated waiver," it’s best to just shred it.
