It's so nice to have the dance recitals that we at Envisioned Video annually film back happening again. We love recording these shows especially because the kids give us a good dose of energy!
We offer all video production services with a speciality of event videography. Since February 29, 1988 La Penna's Envisioned Video has provided quality videography and video editing services in the Delaware Valley from our Main Line Studio based in Wayne, PA.

While not all clients want to see an online sneak preview of their wedding video when they request one, we are glad to oblige. So Naomi Pacetti Quinn and Dan Quinn use a link to see your rough-edit peek of your upcoming video! http://www.envisionedvideo.com/previews/Quinn.m4v
Naomi and Dan and everyone else had such a great time on their wedding day! The dance floor was jumping all night long. Enjoy these stills taken from the video footage.
Past clients and good friends Kevin and Tina Tamburro-Hughes were married on 02-02-2002 and recently celebrated anniversary #20 on 02-02-2022. To help them celebrate I dug out the old SVHS footage to see if I could modernize the video a bit. There were a lot of tools that just weren't available 20 years ago. Use the link below to see a short, updated recap of their wedding day. http://www.envisionedvideo.com/previews/Kevin_and_Tina_20.mp4
As this review received today shows, it is never too late to receive (or send) good news! We love hearing how our wedding video productions stand the test of time. If you're a past client that never left a review (especially if you remember that you intended to) you still can do so at https://www.weddingwire.com/review/envisionedvide
The newest Mrs. Simms sent me an email in which she wrote, "Stephen and I watched our wedding video last night. We were blown away by it! Thank you so very much. I told Stephen that I felt like I got to experience our wedding day more fully through watching the video. You did a great job capturing different moments throughout our special day.
Also, I just wrote a review for you on the Wedding Wire. :)"
Well thank you Mrs. Simms!

This is what was going on at Celebrations on the Bay in Pasadena MD on September 10, 2021. Enjoy these stills taken from some of the video footage. There's lots more to come.
Recently, MoreThanTheCurve.com, a site about happenings in the Conshohocken area, mentioned some vintage work from La Penna's Envisioned Video in a post. Back in 1999 Len La Penna and Jim Moore Montemurro manned the cameras as we documented five Italian-Catholic feasts in the Conshohocken/Norristown/Bridgeport area. We wanted to capture the ongoing wonders and status of these events as we headed into the 2000s. It was in the early days of learning our trade. We did capture enough of the feelings and flavor that you can almost taste the fried dough as you watch. If you are from the area you may enjoy taking these trips down Memory Lane.
In 1999, Len LaPenna and Jim Moore attended local feasts at traditionally Italian, Roman Catholic parishes and social clubs and β¦ Continue reading "Video from the 1999 SS. Cosmas & Damian Feast"

On their wedding days couples find themselves on top of the world.
A baptism can be a very hectic event but there comes a point where everyone agrees that it is time for things to quiet down. Even little Alexandros agrees. Congratulations and blessings! Thanks for once more letting La Penna's Envisioned Video be part of this great family day.
A WEDDING VIDEO IS A MUST, RIGHT? "Phil and I are celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary today. We watched our video on Friday night and as always it brought me to tears. I still canβt get over how well you captured the perfect day for us. The video is wonderful to watch this many years later as, unfortunately, some of the people are no longer with us. I just wanted to thank you again and tell you what a beautiful video you gave us!"

A peek at converted 8mm home movies that are making the rounds and creating quite a stir with a bunch of cousins. Time for you Baby Boomers to seek out the stored away reels and have them digitized!
So one cousin has his parents' 8mm Home Movies converted to digital and enjoys the results immensely. He shows the new video to his cousins and they get the biggest kick out of it. So now the cousins seek out their dad's old reels of films and send them to me. Do you have some treasured memories sitting in a box just waiting to warm up your heart? Check out our conversion services at http://envisionedvideo.com/faq_8mm.htm

This New Year's Eve Bridgette and Kevin will celebrate their ten year anniversary. Even before the party started the night was memorable. Because of the Mummers' Parade many roads were already blocked off making it a real challenge to get to The Union League of Philadelphia. The night was well-planned and a great party! Congratulation on the first 10 years!
Two more couples celebrating their first 10 years of marriage in 2020. Congratulations to Kristen and Louis and also to Nicole and Scott!
Just a few days ago it was Michelle and Allan's turn to celebrate their first ten years together. In all my years of filming weddings this is the only one where the fellas wore kilts! Happy Anniversary.
BIG TIME PHILLIES FANS Megan and Andy celebrate their first ten years of marriage today. Their wedding day was beautiful, sunny, and bright just like today.
This past weekend it was Ron and Alicia's turn to celebrate their first ten years. As I recall they had a ball at their Waynesborough reception!
Jennifer and Jeremy are celebrating ten years of marriage today.
Christina and Anthony are celebrating their ten year anniversary today. I remember them well! They were on the VERY LONG list of couples referred to me by the best client/agent ever, Annie Picard!
Wozny, Wozny, Wozny! There were unforgettable fireworks on 7/10/2010 as Bethanne and Mike married and celebrated. I can't believe it has been ten years! Congratulations!
Trish and Nick are celebrating 10 years this July 10th. My La Penna's Envisioned Video associate, Damon Miller, recorded their wedding day. I've seen quite a bit of this couple over the years as guests and bridal party members at friends' weddings. Congratulations!
TRACY AND JOE mark their first 10 years on the Fourth of July 2020. Tracy has kept in touch with me via Facebook so I have watched this couple go from bride and groom to mom and dad of a beautiful family. Happy Tenth Anniversary!
The Carvin's, Suzanne and Gary, mark 10 years on June 25th, 2020!
IT WAS 10 YEARS AGO TODAY when I recorded a wedding video that contained this single frame within it. In 30 years of filming this is one of the best looks I've ever seen a bride give her man during a first dance. Congratulations Nicole Sousa Cahall and Chris Michael!
COVID-19 has hit many of my favorite event professionals pretty hard financially. Fortunately, I have reached a point in my career where I can weather this storm okay. That said I know EVERYBODY will be ready to work and party when the time comes!π¨βπ€π¬π§π€ΉββοΈπ₯ππ
Over the years Facebook has gotten more and more strict about featuring video that contains copyrighted music. I keep getting notices that many of the once okay videos on this site have now been muted. Music is a big part of so many of the events that we film like weddings and recitals. Sorry about the inconvenience but to argue with Facebook would be a mute point. (I couldn't resist!)
With this virus pretty much shutting down the wedding season in 2020, I was reminded of a groom who on his wedding day years ago, would have felt much better home in bed. He had an incredibly bad cold that just kept getting worse as the night went on. But he was a trooper and I had nothing but admiration for his determination to party as best he could.
We all love those first signs of spring like spotting the first robin or a flowering plant and hearing the sound of baseball bats. For many years a sign of spring for me has been the EvergreenElementarySchool Variety show that I film every year. Due to the pandemic it is now officially postponed and likely to be canceled. Many students participate in the show every year from kindergarten through fifth grade. Only a decree from the governor could break the streak of shows but this is a group that will definitely bounce back! So break a leg and wash your hands!
DATELINE FEBRUARY 29, 1988: La Penna's Envisioned Video records our first paid wedding video on a Monday night! That was 8 Leap Years ago. The couple was David and Linda Gable. I was still deejaying and like everyone else in those days my daughters were learning to be 'videographers' as I entertained. After months of practicing and giving away the footage we went pro! See the now sepia toned faded (32 years old) VHS footage below. If you have valuable memories still on tape we can convert them to digital media for you. The older they get the more they will fade.
While channel-surfing I came upon an old favorite B&W movie. Even though I own a DVD of the film I decided to watch a bit of it. I ended up watching the whole movie, commercials and all! If you're someone who hasn't watched your wedding DVD in some time it might be nice to pop it into the player for a "few minutes" this Valentine Day. It would be a fun and tender way to spend a couple hours.
When we receive a wedding inquiry I'll often send the contact a link to a sneak preview of a past wedding reception that took place at the venue where the contact is planning their festivities. Tonight I looked at a preview that included an October snowball fight at the Penn Oaks Golf Club and it brought back fun memories.
