A Walt Stout Auction

A Walt Stout Auction Walt was exposed to the auction environment at an early age, attending auctions with his mother June Stout, a well-known antiques dealer in the tri-state area.

While many other auctioneers are now using an "on-line" platform, Walt Stout believes there is still a strong interest in the "live and on-site" auction, and he continues to conduct those types of auctions in the local area. A licensed auctioneer in PA, WV and Ohio, Walt graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in 2010, and worked exclusively with Jim Behm of Behm's Auction & Real Estate

Service until 2020. You are invited to take a look at our upcoming auctions as they are posted. Come out and enjoy!

in Ruff Creek, PA

We have been commissioned to sell a two-story project home in the heart of Ruff Creek. The structure lends itself for a handy-man to convert it into a duplex, remodeling one side while the living in the other. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to invest in real estate.

The property will be offered, on location, at a “live” auction. There will also be prior & simultaneous “On-Line” bidding at: www.waltstoutonlineauction.hibid.com

Situated on just over half an acre, this well-built home has a new metal roof and a near new heating system in the walk-out basement. The home, while in need of some TLC, could easily be divided into two large and separate living areas. Both sides already have their own entrance and are ready to be remodeled into ample sized apartments. The home has city water and an on-lot septic system.

For more information see Deed Record Book 26, page 220. Tax ID #24-25-201-B.
