Our Blueberry Basil Soda was today’s star on the bottling line 🤩🫐🌿

Here’s a fun fact: Did you know that this flavor has its own private label with the Biltmore Estate? We partner with them to source all of the basil for this recipe, hydroponically grown right in their greenhouse gardens. The delicious blueberries we use are grown by the folks at Table Rock Farms of Burke County, NC. 🧑‍🌾

Grab a bottle next time you visit the Estate— or stop by our shop this week for a taste of the season! 🍂 We’re open Tuesday-Saturday from 9-5PM at 35 Bridges Street in Waynesville, NC.

🌿 Looking back on all the fresh local produce we received this summer from our amazing farmers! From juicy lemons, serranos, and blueberries to sweet peaches, fragrant basil, and zingy ginger — we’re so grateful for their hard work. 🍑🍋🌶

As we head into the cooler months, we’ll be busy processing, juicing, and storing all this beautiful produce to keep the flavors flowing year-round in our craft sodas. 🫧

A heartfelt thank you to and for capturing our business’s story in the year since Hurricane Helene. 🩵

It’s hard to believe it’s been a year. We’re still healing, still growing— and so thankful for our WNC community that’s held us through it all. Together, we continue to rebuild. ⛰️

With the upcoming anniversary of Helene, we’re sharing the stories of three local families whose lives were impacted - sometimes quite dramatically - by the storm and its aftermath.

Our usual delivery vehicle is temporarily out of commission after a minor accident earlier this week— thankfully, everyone on our team is okay. 💙 While we wait on repairs to be made, we’re rolling out orders in Chris and Megan’s personal car this week. 📦✅

We handcraft specialty sodas made from fresh and natural ingredients, proudly sourced from the Southern Appalachian region. We support Western North Carolina farmers and our local economy by purchasing ingredients with sustainability and quality in mind. In our line up you'll find unique flavor combinations such as Blueberry Basil and Lavender Lemon. Our flavors may vary from season to season depending on the types and varieties of local produce that we can find in season.

We have recently relocated our production facility and gift shop closer to downtown Waynesville! Please stop our new location at 35 Bridges St. Waynesville to check out our gift shop. At the gift shop, you can meet “The Jerks” and also to take a little piece of Waynesville and the Appalachia's home with you. You will find bottled sodas (sold by the 4-pack, 6-pack, or case of 24) as well as branded merchandise. We also have an online store and can ship our products directly to you!
