is a favorite to visit! I love how all their locations have a different vibe to them. This most recent visit was the FlyBy location on Morgan Ford next to Tower Grove Park.
I am trying everything sandwich they have because all of them sound so amazing!

☕️ Dream Cappuccino:
A cappuccino sweetened with honey and brown sugar vanilla syrup, finished with orange bitters.

This had mixed reviews with my group but I loved it so I will keep getting it 😂

🥓 BLTE:
Thick Cut Bacon, Crispy Romaine, Local Tomatoes, Over Easy Egg and Kewpie Mayo on Companion Seeded Sourdough

Now, I do prefer my eggs a little more cooked on top so I will make sure I say over easy and not sunny side up but other than that, this sandwich was delicious. The bread isn’t hard to eat either and sometimes I have a thing about bread being too hard to crunch through.
With the addition of kewpie mayo, it took it over the top!

Next time, I will get an iced latte with their caramelized banana syrup 👀

Went fancy and got a $50 meal at 😳
It was my birthday though so I wanted to get something I don’t usually get to order!

l’ve been going to the Soulard Farmers Market ever since I was a kid with my mom and grandma and it’s still so fun to go now as an adult!

What’s your favorite place there? Mine is the Viet Express food stand 😍 Waffle Boss was super packed so I’ll go see him next time when I have more time lol
Oh also, bring one of them reusable bags you got from home be you will get a lot of things!

Had Salmon Sigsig for my birthday dinner last night with friends and family 💕🎊
I told everyone that they need to eat local at Forest Park with me and they sure did deliver!

First off, Happy May! It’s my birthday month! ✨
Second, Happy Nurses and Teachers Appreciation Week! 💛

Late night post oh well lol but posting has no rules! It’s been a busy time and I haven’t been eating out too much lately that I wanna show you guys but finally, here’s a place I’d like to highlight!

✨If you’re ever in the Grafton/Alton area, stop by to The Brown Bag Bistro! The Rugrat is such a great sandwich and the New Yorker has horseradish and I’m a sucker for a great horseradish 🔥
🥤If I see a Frostie, I’ll always get it!
Wait was at least 30+ mins for food so keep that in mind if you go on a weekend! The dessert selection was tempting and I will be trying one when I’m back out that way!

Previewed the fastest café in town today ⚡️
Only for a limited time, is taking over on Delmar 💙

There’s a themed menu you gotta try! As you can see, I was obsessed with the onion rings and how they fit perfectly with the theme 😂 There’s so much to try! Rouge’s Gold Heist Bites were our fave 🔥

There’s also merch and a gaming area 🤩 Me and my boy Huddy enjoyed all of what they had to offer and I know you guys will too!

Starts this weekend, April 25th. I also know a hedgehog will be there 👀
