Can you see it in your mind? Now step inside.
Mentally drive that car to the petrol station ⛽️
What kind of fuel are you going to invest in?
I can pretty much guarantee you are not even considering choosing the the cheapest and lowest quality option.
You’re going for the highest octane unleaded fuel you can get, right?
(Some of you wouldn’t even take it to a regular petrol station - you‘re getting racing fuel)
WHY? 🤔
After all, it’s all fuel right?
Yes... and no.
This same logic can be applied to your nutrition.
A calorie is a calorie. Right?
Technically yes... practically, no.
If you want a Porsche GT3 RS level body (one of my future cars 😍) then you have to fuel your body with high-quality nutrient-dense foods.

Instead of choosing foods that match how your body currently feels.
