The Welsh Alumni Homecoming Gumbo at the WES cafeteria, has been a 40+ year tradition. The gumbo is prepared by The Welsh Elementary Cafeteria ladies, served by Welsh Rotarians and sponsored by WHS alumnus Sam Fontenot. It’s always appreciated by the Homecoming classes and their families.
