One of my favorite musicians, Peter Sumic of (Forest Ray) will be playing at tonight (Saturday) from 6-9pm! Think Beatles inspired folk n roll with a touch of psych. He’s a busy touring guy, so we are lucky to have him roll through town. Hope to see ya there.

Thank you so much to everybody who came out on Saturday to make the 2026 Apple Valley Vinyl Record Expo such a success! I spend so many hours throughout the year in preparation to put this thing on, but it’s absolutely worth it seeing how excited people get to shop and talk records.

I’ve loved seeing all the pictures posted of the records ya’ll bought.

I don’t even know where to start. The Is This Real? / show at the Numerica Performing Arts Center on Saturday was truly a special one for me. Such a great night of music, but also such a cool opportunity it was for the high schoolers in Icarus to be able to open up for Matt Cameron’s band. And not only has Matt played in some of the biggest bands of our generation (Soundgarden and Pearl Jam), but he is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and very generous with his time with the fans.

Thank you all so much for making a show a sellout, but more importantly supporting arts/music in our community. Special thanks to and everybody at the PAC for running an incredible show, and to Ron Evans for all his help promoting the show through the The Comet Magazine
