Blessed Monday to you! As we go about our day, let us remember that God can be trusted with everything. We waste too much time trying to figure things out. Go to God in prayer, ask Him about it, and He will give you what you need. One more thing. Wait for your answer.

"...I am the Lord who heals you.” Exodus 15:26 He is more than a doctor. He is the LORD who heals. The Sovereign Creator avails Himself to bind up wounds, alleviate from distress and anguish, restore to original purity or integrity, set free, make well, bring health to your very bones. Ah! What a wonderful God!

God can and will heal EVERY emotional wound if you allow Him to do so. You need not carry the burden through fear, anxiety, or depression any longer. He will be with you as you go through the process. I know. He's done it, and still doing it, for me.

Today, make the decision to allow God, through Jesus Christ, and by the moving power of His Holy Spirit heal all your brokenness.

It's time to bid adieu to Summer. Autumn is nearly here. And so it is with JointlyFit.

Over the past few months, we have been strategically working to refine our goals and purpose. During the next few weeks, you will see a new look, enjoy a new experience, and a new name. Change isn't easy, but we know that this is right.
