This Full Moon 🌕 is packing a punch 🥊
We’re now just two days away from the Full Moon in Capricorn. ♑️ Even before the Full Moon arrives, we begin to feel its energetic buildup. At the same time, we’re approaching Mercury Retrograde, which can bring challenges with communication, technology, travel, and mental clarity. Combined with the heightened emotional energy of the Full Moon, this can make everything feel more intense.

During this time, our shadows, unresolved emotions, and old patterns often rise to the surface,
not to punish us, but to be acknowledged, understood, and healed. Because of these overlapping energies, emotions may feel amplified, reactions may seem disproportionate, and situations can become confusing.

My invitation is to practice patience with yourself and with others. Avoid making impulsive decisions if you can. Give yourself permission to pause before reacting. Be aware that people or situations from the past may resurface including old relationships, unfinished conversations, or unresolved lessons.

Many sensitive people are already feeling these shifts, and if that’s you, know that you’re not alone.
