Metro Development Group says it has come to an agreement with Pasco County on making a current construction entrance to a new townhome community in Epperson off Elam Rd. a regular, permanent entrance and exit, which hopefully will give the residents of Epperson II on and around Abby Brooks Cir. a little relief. "We actually received an email from our Engineering firm that the County intends to approve our plans," says Metro VP of Marketing & Communications Lisa Gibbings. "Whilst this doesnโt act as a 'final approval,' we are hopeful that we will receive final approval in the coming days. We are working with our Engineering firm along with the Department of Planning and Development at the County to get this final approval as soon as possible. For the rest of the story, click below.
