Things I do to help my mental health:
-bake chocolate chip cookies: I have been doing this since I was 5. The process of mixing, measuring, creating, and making the cookies brings me so much joy. I love the smell, taste, and feel of it all. ❤️ It’s like I have the sounds of my favorite memories every time I bake them. The best part is that all those memories encapsulate my favorite people through my life. It’s my most requested item from every child that Ive had the blessing of knowing, including my own children ❤️ this pic is me. The original pic was me baking cookies.
